When will my video be delivered?
Your video will arrive in 24 hours. If your loved one has a unique name that Santa needs to record especially it will take up to 7 days. When creating your video it will state the delivery time.

Our A Magical Chritmas Eve video can include up to 3 children in each video.
Can I make changes to a video once I've ordered it?
If you’ve made an error when ordering we can change that for you, just get in touch.
I've selected the incorrect age, can I change it?
Yes! just get in touch.
Santa has pronounced the name incorrectly, how do I request a change?
Santa is an expert at names but even he may mispronounce the most unique names from time to time. If it’s not perfect first time just get in touch and will be make a new video for you at no extra charge. When getting in touch don’t forget to include any guidance for Santa. The easiest way to do this is by going to YouTube.com and searching “How do you pronounce NAME HERE” and send Santa a link to the correct pronunciation.
Can I make one video for my entire family?
Our A Magical Chritmas Eve video can include up to 3 children in each video.
Why am I having trouble uploading a photo in the personalisation form?
You can only upload photos.
You can not upload videos of PDF’s etc. Please check the file type you’re trying to upload.

How do I watch my Santa Videos?
When our video from Santa is ready you will be sent a unique website link to your video. Simply click the link to begin watching! You can watch your video as many times as you like.
How do I create personalised videos on Lapland Studio?
Simply go to: Create a video from Santa, select how many children you would like in your video and follow the steps. The whole process only takes a couple of minutes.
Can I watch my video on multiple devices?
Yes! Your video will be sent as a web link so you can watch it on any other device you wish by entering your web link. Or you can mirror it from one device to another if your technology has the capability.

How do I share my personalised video message?
You can share you video from Santa simply by sharing your unique Website URL you received to spread the joy! It works with Whatsapp, SMS, iMessage, and email anywhere in the world.
How do I make sure I receive email notifications from Lapland Studio regarding my personalized video messages?
Add our email address, , to your email contacts and your video will be sent to your inbox instead of your spam or junk folder.
How do I download my video?
When you receive your video you will see a “Request Download” button. Simply click that, enter your order number and one of Santa‘s Elves will email it over to you in 72 hours. (exlcuding weekends).
What are the advantages of downloading my Santa Video?
Your completed video will stay on our server until January and then it will be permanently deleted from our sever. The advantages of downloading your video means you can keep your video on your device forever!

Our Santa videos cost £9.99 and are delivered for free by Text and Email.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Debit/Credit cards, Apply, Google Pay and Link Pay.
How long does my video remain available in my account?
Your completed video from Santa will stay on our server until January and then it will be permanently deleted from our sever.
You can also Download your video and keep it forever! When you receive your video click the “Request Download” and one of Santa’s Elves will send you a copy to download in 72 hours, excluding weekends.

You will be charged for your Video from Santa at the point of ordering.
How do I check my purchase details?
Once you have ordered you will instantly receive a confirmation email of your order. This will contain all your order details. This may sometimes go into your spam or junk folder.

Once your video has been delivered your order/video details will be deleted from our system within 7 working days.
You can watch your completed video until January then it will be permanently deleted from our server. If you wish to watch your video after January you can Download your video onto your device to keep forver.
